Gangstalking is an umbrella term describing a series of techniques utilized by a group to instill mental instability within a victim with the intent to discredit, sabotage, harass, extort and even drive a victim to suicide. A victim of gang stalking can have their reputation, credibility, careers, relationships and entire life put into ruins. Techniques such as mind games, perception manipulation, organized stalking, covert harassment, constant surveillance, and possibly electronic harassment are used to push a victim to mental instability (Source: www.medium.com).
Washington state is home to some of the most active underground gang stalking organizations in the country.
Cicero Intel investigates gang stalking in five phases. If the client wishes to continue at the end of a phase, we will move on to the next phase. The client can stop the investigation at the end of any phase.

Conduct surveillance on the victim's home/business to capture evidence of gang stalking
Trail the victim to capture evidence of gang stalking
Infiltrate the gang stalking organization
Conduct surveillance on the gang stalking organization
Present the final report with evidence to the client
